COVID-19 Delivery Information
In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers.
Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.
There is currently no impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery.
Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.
You can see all carrier guidelines and measures upon visiting the nominated carrier website, emails will be provided upon dispatch to confirm delivery information.
We hope that you understand and appreciate the measures that have been implemented are to protect you and ensure we can continue operate as normal.
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
All orders are dispatched out within 2 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive between 7-14 business days after the shipment date in Standard shipping or between 3 to 7 business days or earlier in Expressed shipping.
We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order at our Track your order page.
Which countries do you ship to?
JustKitch is proud to serve our customers from all over the world! But we are currently just focusing on United Kingdom,United States,Canada,Ireland,New Zealand and Australia.
How can I change my Shipping Address?
Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00 pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via support@justkitch.com to request such changes.
Can I deliver to another address, other than my card billing address?
Yes, it is possible.
Where are the products shipped from?
We have warehouses in UK. But if there is insufficient stock in UK, we will also arrange fast shipping from China depending on special circumstances.
Delivery FAQS
Furniture or large item delivery
Heavy, fragile items or small to mid-size furniture will be delivered by directly from our suppliers using their own couriers, Please check the expected delivery dates stated in the items description. However, due to the current Covid and Brexit situations, these dates can be subject to change unfortunately but we will inform you of any changes.
What if an Item is out of stock?
If there is something you'd like which is showing out of stock, please enter your email address to join the waitlist and receive an email when it is back in stock. This option is available on the individual product page.
If for any reason an item is out of stock but the system has allowed you to place an order we will let you know so that you can either cancel your order or wait slightly longer for it to arrive.
Pre-Order
If we have a delivery date for a product we sometimes allow pre-orders, particularly for very popular items. Please check the dates should you wish to pre-order as sometimes pre-order dates can be a month or more in advance.
Pre-order dates are not a guarantee as we are reliant on our suppliers but please be assured that we will dispatch your items as soon as they arrive with us.
As an environmentally conscious business and in order to minimise our carbon footprint, unless you specify we may despatch all items together once your complete order is in stock.
